Warehouse Associate and Delivery Support

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by performing all physical tasks related to receiving, inspection, tagging, storage, and distribution of products. This role also utilizes computer systems to support inventory tracking, order processing, communication, and documentation.Warehouse Associates are expected to perform all essential functions, including delivery-related duties such as staging, loading, and coverage for the Delivery Assistant as operational needs require.If you take pride in doing things right, work with a sense of urgency, and thrive as part of a close-knit team - we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & InspectionUnload incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and invoicesInspect each item thoroughly upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies'Electronically receive orders into the system and print tags as neededAssist in processing returns or corrections and report issues to supervisorProduct Handling & TaggingTag items appropriately and prepare for store deliveryAssemble basic product components according to company standardsPackage goods appropriately for safe shipping or storageOrder Fulfillment & StagingPick, pack, and label orders accurately and efficientlyStage completed orders for next-day delivery or third-party carrier pickupCoordinate with team leads and drivers to ensure orders are ready and accounted forInventory & OrganizationMaintain organized storage areas; keep like items together and follow proper labeling practiceUse inventory software to track item locations and quantitiesConduct routine inventory cycle counts and report discrepanciesDelivery SupportStage and load delivery vehicles safelyAssist with in-home deliveries as needed, maintaining professional conduct in customer homesFill in for Delivery Assistant when absentComplete required delivery documentation including photos and order status updatesMaintain delivery vehicles and reusable packing materialsWarehouse Upkeep & SafetyKeep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with safety standardsFollow all warehouse safety procedures and use equipment properlyReport hazards, unsafe conditions, or damaged equipment immediately to a supervisorTechnology & DocumentationUse computers or handheld devices for inventory management, email, digital inspections, and work ordersComplete electronic checklists, forms, and documentation as requiredTraining and support provided for those without prior computer experienceWhat We're Looking ForDependable, organized, and detail-oriented - accuracy mattersAble to manage multiple priorities and adjust as the day evolvesAble to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reachingComfortable working on ladders and in varying warehouse environmentsBasic math, reading, and communication skillsTakes initiative, works independently, and communicates proactivelyProfessional conduct, especially in customer-facing situationsPrior warehouse, receiving, or delivery experience is a plus - not requiredWhat We OfferStable, full-time hourly employmentA supportive team environment where your work genuinely mattersHands-on training - we'll set you up for successThe opportunity to grow with a locally established, well-respected brandWe value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
