As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Recruiter to help us deliver exceptional provider placements and client service. ________________________________________ Position Overview As a Physician Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) for open positions across multiple specialties. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers and leadership to manage the full recruitment cycle — from intake to offer acceptance — while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll be measured by: Time-to-first-submittal Interview-set rate Quality of candidate slates Candidate satisfaction ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, and qualify physicians and APPs using job boards, LinkedIn, Doximity, Indeed, ATS databases, referrals, and professional networks. Conduct detailed screening calls to verify credentials, licensure, practice history, and compensation requirements. Present well-qualified candidate slates with accurate write-ups tailored to client needs. Maintain up-to-date candidate data and activity tracking within the ATS. Partner with leadership to refine job profiles, outreach strategies, and hiring processes. Monitor KPIs to continually improve recruitment performance and results. ________________________________________ Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. Experience: Minimum 2 years of physician or healthcare recruiting experience (agency or in-house). Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
