This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers through outbound calls and email, building strong relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong background in outbound sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective and existing customers using provided leadsPresent and explain CPS service plans to potential customersIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutionsClose sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly targetsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activityCollaborate with team members to share strategies and improve performanceStay informed on product offerings, company initiatives, and industry trendsQualifications1+ year of experience in inside sales or telemarketing preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to negotiate and close salesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a teamResults-oriented with a strong work ethicCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package including a weekly base stipend plus commission and performance bonusesOn-target earnings: $75,000 – $120,000+ annuallyAdditional DetailsJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Brooklyn, NY 11235 (in-person)Commute: Must be able to reliably commute or relocateApply Here
