Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Business Systems Analyst II to support enterprise application development and integration efforts.This role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting healthcare systems, and ensuring alignment between business needs and IT delivery.Location: 100% Onsite - Nashville, TN (no flexibility)What You'll DoElicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirementsTranslate requirements into clear documentation for development teamsPartner with business units and IT teams to design and implement solutionsSupport testing efforts, including test plans, matrices, and validationReview system changes and ensure alignment with business objectivesFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersAssist with process improvements and system enhancementsContribute to training materials and mentor junior team membersWhat You'll Need4+ years of IT Business Systems Analyst experienceHealthcare IT experience (Medicare/Medicaid preferred)Strong Visio and Excel skillsExperience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologiesAbility to translate complex business needs into technical requirementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExposure to AI tools (automation, analytics, or decision support)
