Litigation Specialist

Join our winning team! BSA Claims Solutions is currently seeking an experienced professional to manage 1st and 3rd party property claims appeals and high-exposure litigation. This role supports appeals before district courts and the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows effectively between in-house appellate attorneys and outside counsel on matters that may influence legal precedent. In addition, the position handles litigation involving high-risk plaintiff firms, as well as unique cases including Citizens' immunity matters, fee disputes, and other non-standard breach of contract claims—all requiring specialized handling due to significant exposure and nuanced legal issues. Requirements8+ years property claims experience, including 4+ years in litigation;OR JD (American Bar Association accredited) + Florida adjuster license + 4+ years claims experience;OR Florida-licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar  Compensation & Type$100,000/year (estimated) 1099 Independent Contractor Full-time | Long-term Please email resume directly to Katrina.Delaney@bsaclaims.com
