Facilities - Maintenance Tech - Class B

● Performs general labor inside and outside physical buildings, including district-widegrounds keeping, handling of materials and supplies, moving equipment, operatingpower-driven equipment, snow removal, mowing, sports field layout and marking,and any other district driven needs● Performs various maintenance tasks such as minor electrical, carpentry, flooring,roofing, plumbing, door, lock, mechanical, HVAC, and other miscellaneous facilityrelated repairs.● Respond to emergency calls and perform after-hours work when required● Maintains all safety and code requirements of the Federal, State, Local and SchoolCommittee guidelines
