We are working with a state regulatory body dedicated to safeguarding consumers and ensuring a fair and transparent insurance marketplace.The Role Independently analyze and evaluate contracts to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Interpret complex contract language and assess adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Apply relevant regulations, federal requirements, and case law to support consistent regulatory decisions. Identify compliance issues, deficiencies, and provisions that do not meet regulatory requirements. Develop clear, well-reasoned recommendations for bringing contracts into compliance. Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues on contract review issues impacting the broader insurance marketplace.What You'll Need Six years of professional full-time experience in contract management, legal document review, or regulatory compliance. Or a combination of education (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's degree in public administration, business administration, law, finance, or related field) and relevant experience (2-5 years depending on degree). Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment.
