Data & Product AnalystMcLean, VA (Fully Onsite)6+ Month Contract8–12 YearsExperience with Freddie Mac / Client preferred, or any other mortgage domain experience.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly analytical Data & Product Analyst with strong experience across SQL, product analytics, ETL processes, master data management, and enterprise data governance to support strategic data and product initiatives within the mortgage domain.Responsibilities & QualificationsAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunitiesDevelop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reportsWrite and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and validation scriptsPartner with product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams on data initiativesSupport ETL validation, MDM frameworks, and governance activitiesPresent data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholdersSupport data quality, lineage, metadata, and governance initiativesRequirements8+ years of experience with SQL and relational databasesStrong experience with:Master Data Management (MDM)ETL / ELT workflowsEnterprise Data GovernanceStrong understanding of mortgage business processesExperience collaborating across Agile or fast-paced enterprise environmentsStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsExperience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutionsExperience with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms preferredFamiliarity with Informatica, Talend, or similar ETL tools preferred
