Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. Duties: - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up - Accompany clients to appointments and outings - Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior - Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes - Ability to pass a background check Skills: - Empathy: Ability to understand and share the feelings of others. - Patience: Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. - Communication: Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills. - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Attention to Detail: Keen observation skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules or client needs.
