Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision).Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic guidance on the Americas events pipeline, including experience design, activation concepts, and content‑amplification opportunities.Lead and project manage 10+ mid‑to‑high‑complexity events per year, overseeing content, creative, experiential activations, amplification, project plans, and budgets.Partner with stakeholders to develop Event Briefs anchored in key business priorities, shaping the content and experience workstream.Maintain a holistic view of the Global Events Calendar, identifying synergies, cross‑collaboration opportunities, and content‑syndication potential.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills: Event strategy & experiential marketingEnd‑to‑end event project managementStakeholder management & cross‑functional collaborationEvent technology platforms (Cvent)Strong project and event management, with experience managing multiple complex workstreams.Strategic problem solver who connects business priorities to experience‑led event design.Skilled collaborator who can lead and influence cross‑functional, global teams.Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong executive presence.Creative, high‑energy, detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments.8+ years in Event Marketing, Brand, or Experiential Activations.High‑energy, proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong strategic and execution balance.Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels across functions and regions.Comfortable working in multi‑stakeholder, multi‑time‑zone environments.Willing to travel for in‑person activations as needed.Our client is a leading Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
