Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Batch Plant Manager, located in Tulsa, OK. The Batch Plant Manager will oversee daily operations of the concrete batch plant to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing plant personnel, coordinating production schedules, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Qualifications Experience in Plant Management and Plant Operations, with a proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high productivity levels.Proficiency in Operations Management and Production Planning, including resource allocation, scheduling, and process optimization.Understanding of Manufacturing Operations and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff effectively.Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing and production environments.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Experience in the construction or concrete industry is highly beneficial.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
