Supervisor Crothall Laundry Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services around the country. Our focus is on service, quality and safety which enable our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The company operates across 20+ states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.To ensure departmental efficiencies in a safe working environment and that orders to the customers are filled and delivered as accurately and efficiently as possible.Prepare work schedules for production employees in assigned department. Provide daily work assignments. Monitor and insure productivity records are posted. Counsel/coach/corrective action for employees as necessary. Monitor and report/record daily fill rates. Position requires not only supervisory responsibilities but production work as well. Inform manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations. Communicate with customer both verbally and in written form.Must be able to successfully lead a team. Must have a good command of the English language. The ability to identify a problem, propose solution(s) and have the ability to execute possible solutions to problem-solve. The ability to make decisions regarding production, distribution and scheduling. Exhibit initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Crothall Laundry Services is an equal opportunity employer.
