Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. Train and mentor customer service representatives. QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Our office is located in Litchfield. I have been a State Farm agent since 2003. I am a proud graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 60+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
