Job Title: SAP Consultant - Quota Arrangements, Master Data & MRP ReadinessMRP Readiness & Quota Arrangement (QA) Enablement engagement:ObjectiveSupport the client’s Readiness Phase by improving MRP transactional health, strengthening master data integrity, and building source determination capabilities, with an accelerated focus on Quota Arrangements (QA). The goal is to establish governance, operating discipline, and foundational knowledge to enable successful QA deployment in the Transformation Phase.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish data governance frameworks and daily/weekly operating rhythms to ensure clean and reliable master and transactional dataDefine best practices for transaction closure (POs, PRs, PIRs) to support stable MRP runsDesign and implement MRP job monitoring, error resolution workflows, and escalation protocolsDefine and track KPIs for MRP stability and transactional healthSupport MRP configuration alignment and educate teams on SAP source determination logicProvide guidance on sourcing tools including Source Lists, PIRs, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, and QADeliver training sessions for M&OPS and Procurement teams on planning levers and master dataEnable use of strategic sourcing tools (Tiered Pricing, OTIF, negotiation frameworks)Support digital enablement for visibility and cross-functional collaborationQuota Arrangements (QA) FocusConduct training on QA concepts and integration with sourcing elementsDemonstrate business-relevant QA use cases and setup optionsIdentify applicable scenarios and define configuration requirementsDevelop a qualified list of materials, plants, and suppliers for QA rolloutEstablish QA governance, maintenance best practices, and pre-flight checklistWorkshops & DeliverablesFacilitate a 4-hour hands-on QA workshop with the EP Catalyst teamDeliver Project Charter, readiness assessment, and Phase 1 close-out reviewAlign on next steps, resourcing model, and transition into Transformation Phase
