This role requires a strong communicator and relationship builder who can translate corporate security strategy into operational execution. The Specialist II must demonstrate balanced capability in physical security operations, baseline cybersecurity awareness, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.Responsibilities:Interpret and communicate corporate security policies to employees, contractors, and visitorsServe as liaison between teams, including but not limited to Security, IT, Operations, EHS, HR, and executive leadershipPrepare professional reports including risk assessments and incident summariesSupport communication with Korean headquarters and global stakeholdersOversee access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and visitor managementConduct vulnerability assessments and lead security investigationsMaintain working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and coordinate with IT SecurityDevelop and deliver security awareness training programsManage third-party security vendors and performance accountabilityQualifications:Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, or related field3 years of experience in physical, corporate security, or related fieldManufacturing or industrial environment experience preferredExperience with FTZ or regulatory compliance preferredSkills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong stakeholder management capabilityKnowledge of physical and information security principlesAbility to analyze risk and present executive-ready recommendationsHigh integrity and professional discretionAbility to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environmentsWhy should you work here?
