This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who can operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of core workstreams.Who This Role Is For* Early-to-mid career professional serious about real estate investing* Comfortable working in a lean, startup-style team* Able to take ownership and deliver with minimal supervisionCore ResponsibilitiesInvestor Relations & Communication* Manage day-to-day investor communication and follow-ups* Prepare investor updates, reports, and materials* Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional mannerInvestment Materials & Deal Support* Own preparation of investment decks, memos, and summaries* Ensure consistency between financials and narrative* Support deal positioning and investor messagingFinancial Analysis* Build and maintain real estate pro forma models* Run sensitivity and scenario analyses* Identify key risks and return driversCross-Functional Coordination* Work with acquisitions, accounting, development, and leadership teams* Ensure accuracy and alignment across all deal-related materialsRequired Background* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field* 2–5 years of relevant experience* Strong understanding of real estate financials and investment metricsRequired Skills* Strong Excel and financial modeling skills* High attention to detail and accuracy* Clear written and verbal communicationLanguage RequirementFluent Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required, as this role involves direct, daily communication with Mandarin-speaking investors and the preparation of bilingual investment materials.
