This role also develops new low‑code solutions to improve business process efficiency and data quality. The specialist partners closely with business users and technical teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and well‑governed solutions.3 Must‑Haves3+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate, including building and supporting Canvas Apps and cloud flows.Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills across connectors, triggers, permissions, and data sources.Hands‑on experience with key Power Platform data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL.5 Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and maintain existing PowerApps and workflows, resolving performance and functional issues.Enhance and optimize current apps and flows for usability, reliability, and data quality.Design and build new Power Platform solutions aligned to business requirements.Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.Adhere to platform governance, security standards, and documentation expectations.7 Critical CompetenciesProblem Solving & Root‑Cause IdentificationTechnical Agility & Continuous LearningCommunication & Stakeholder EngagementCustomer Service OrientationAttention to Detail & Quality ExecutionProcess Orientation & Documentation DisciplineCollaboration & Cross‑Functional Partnership
