This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires physical work and attention to detail. On the job training is provided. Experience is not required but is preferred. Key Responsibilities Mow, trim, edge, and blow off lawns and landscaped areas. Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and other landscape tasks. Operate basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers). Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow instructions from the crew leader or foreman. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Keep tools and equipment clean and organized Qualifications Willingness to learn. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Ability to understand scope of work and perform duties independently Applicants should be over 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a DOT physical Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm with the occasional need to work as late as 5pm. Saturdays are only mandatory if we lose a day to rain during the week and need to make up the day. Employees typically work 40-45hrs per week with the option for additional overtime on most weekends.
