For more information, please visit our website at www.crkt.com.Role DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative is a part-time temporary position (minimum of 3 months), working 20 hours/week. This position is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This is achieved by completing the following duties and responsibilities timely and accurately.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer inquiries and help provide answers and guidance to questions on product info, order status, etc.Monitor and reply to incoming emails through contact center queue dailyAccurately input customer orders into ERP system ensuring all details are correctMonitor and research order processing from start to finish, tracking order statuses and ensuring timely deliveryHelp guests who come to the building for meetings, scheduled visits, or service-related inquiriesProvide backup to other customer service functions including parts/warranty tasks, CRKT Store order processing, Office Supply ordering and other duties as directed by managerTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, have excellent attention to detail and be a team player with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction. .
