You will work with lenders to provide competitive interest rates in accordance with Automotive Finance Program Guides, while upholding high ethical standards.Earning Potential:$180,000.00 - $300,000.00+ Annually Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus EarningsWhat We Offer:Paid time off401(k) retirement plans with a generous company matchMedical insuranceHSA and FSA plansDental careVision coverageShort- and long-term disabilityLife insuranceCritical illness insuranceHospital indemnity insuranceAccident insuranceGrief counselingLiving will preparationGenerous employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and servicesRequirements:Responsibilities:Present finance and insurance options with a menu presentation at sale.Follow all regulations and work with Sales Managers to maximize profit per vehicle.Ensure F&I compliance with all rules and regulations.Complete all finance and title paperwork with customers.Use eContracting with all lenders.Get lender approvals the same day contracts are signed.Ensure deals are funded within 3-5 business days.Send all files to corporate within 3 business days.Promptly correct any finance or title paperwork.Assist at the desk and support management as needed.Process all payments and prepare daily deposits.Follow up on customer questions or concerns.Review chargebacks for accuracy.Train sales staff on new finance programs and procedures.Maintain required finance forms and materials.Help Service Advisors address warranty and service contract questions.Qualifications:Strong communication skills with customers, colleagues, vendors, and lenders.Excellent organizational skills.Detail-oriented.Professional appearance and strong work ethic.Self-motivated and good time-management skills.Minimum two years’ experience in Automotive Finance required.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. xaygatp Drug-free workplaceThank you for considering Performance Luxury Sport.
