Maintenance Supervisor II (Gospel Gardens)WinnCompanies is looking for an adaptable and motivated Apartment Maintenance Supervisor II to join our team at Gospel Gardens, a 200-unit property located in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property, supervise maintenance staff, and perform maintenance functions.
