The key objective of this position is to help develop effective leaders, drive business growth, and create a positive impact within our community.What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in clothing retail required; management experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of current fashion trendsHard-working, detail-oriented, and dependableEffective time management and organizational skillsMust be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidaysResponsibilitiesAs Assistant Store Manager, you will take on both leadership and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth store performance and a top-tier customer experience, including:Assisting in managing daily store operationsStyling customers and providing exceptional service that reflects the Current Boutique brandSupporting inventory processing, product pricing, and trend-based selectionsLeading visual merchandising efforts by updating displays and mannequinsTraining, coaching, and mentoring team membersMonitoring inventory levels and maintaining stock organizationCommunicating our consignment agreement clearly to potential consignorsPerforming store opening and closing proceduresActing as a brand ambassador and setting the tone for store cultureStore HoursMonday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PMSaturday: 11 AM – 8 PMSunday: 11 AM – 6 PMBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience and qualificationsHealth and dental insurance for employees working 32+ hours per weekPaid time off and sick leaveEmployee discountOn-the-job training in clothing buyingOpportunities for career growth and advancement
