We are building a brand that stands for excellence, reliability, and community — and we need a creative, driven marketing professional to help us grow our presence and tell our story.Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Brand Associate to own our digital presence and support brand growth as we scale across Maryland. This is a part-time role with real ownership and direct visibility with company leadership. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the company expands.ResponsibilitiesCreate, schedule, and manage content for Instagram and FacebookDesign graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using CanvaManage and maintain our Google Business profileAssist with email marketing campaigns via MailchimpEnsure brand consistency across all digital and print platformsResearch local marketing opportunities, community events, and partnership possibilitiesTrack and report weekly social media metrics and campaign performance to leadershipSupport the development of marketing materials for new service launches and regional expansionRequirements1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field (or equivalent education)Proficiency in Canva (required)Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Google BusinessStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExperience with Mailchimp is a plusExperience in a service-based or small business environment is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive part-time pay at $15–$20/hr. based on experienceDirect mentorship from company founder and senior leadershipReal ownership of brand and marketing initiativesA front-row seat to a company scaling across multiple statesClear path to full-time employment as the company growsFlexible schedule within core operations Monday through ThursdaySchedule 15–20 hours per week.
