Overview In this role you will design, launch, and govern scalable enterprise deal programs and compliance frameworks within Microsoft's Windows Device Sales ecosystem. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple functions to enable enterprise growth at scale and to build repeatable, policy-aligned operating models. You will shape program governance, licensing, and execution support to ensure compliant, efficient deal handling worldwide. This is a foundational role for scalable, global enterprise capabilities that drive business outcomes and governance discipline. ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and govern commercial programs and Enterprise deal frameworks across global marketsLead annual and multi-year program strategy and optimization to support WDS Commercial objectivesDevelop program structures for enterprise deal execution, policy/compliance management, and audit readinessEstablish operating rhythms, stakeholder reviews, and partner communications for program executionOwn partner-facing documentation, onboarding materials, and execution guidanceLead program audits, control reviews, remediations, and compliance monitoringCollaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to fund, license, rebate, and audit mechanismsDevelop performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting models for program health and impactIdentify process improvements and automation opportunities to scale operationsCommunicate strategy and insights to senior leadership Key requirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field6+ years in program management, process management, or process improvement4+ years in Program Management, Sales Operations, Business Development, Operations, Compliance, or related fieldExperience designing and operating large-scale global programsStrong understanding of governance, compliance, audit disciplines, and operational excellenceExperience building scalable business processes, program infrastructure, and operating modelsFamiliarity with partner ecosystems, commercial programs, funding mechanisms, and incentive frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and process rigorExperience in matrixed environments and influencing senior leaders without direct authoritycollaborationstakeholder managementinfluencing without authoritygovernance frameworkscompliance controlsaudit disciplines
