Technical Program Manager

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline is required.Master’s degree strongly preferredPMP certification preferred10 years experience semiconductor industry, capital equipment, or high-complexity electromechanical systems (Semiconductor test systems- Global ExperienceMS Project, Excel, Jira, confluence and SharePointDemonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from concept and design through NPI, pilot builds, and high-volume manufacturing (HVM).Fluent with compliance/safety and regulatory standards (e.g., SEMI S2/S8, F47, CE).Familiar with tools: FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, and Kaizen methodologiesHands-on experience with DFM/DFT methodologies, reliability testing, problem solving: 8D, Fishbone, FMEA & DMAICSupport development of production and reliability tests to ensure robust product performanceResponsibilities:Lead cross-functional product development teams across mechanical, thermal, electrical, software, and automation/robotics domains.Strategic program oversight with deep technical engagement, ensuring timely delivery of high-performance solutionsDrive the development of complex test systems for cutting-edge semiconductor devices.Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans and performance standards.Oversee design, validation, and release of sub-assemblies and full systems.
