Purchasing Representative

Purchasing Associate, Fort LauderdaleOur client is a growing and highly stable organization in a regulated industry is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Inventory Purchasing Associate to join their team. This is a key role partnering directly with senior leadership, including the CFO, to ensure seamless purchasing operations and inventory flow.If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the purchasing process end-to-end, this could be a strong fit.What You’ll Do:Manage the full purchasing cycle: sourcing, issuing POs, and tracking deliveriesProcure raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies based on forecastsBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize pricing and lead timesReconcile vendor invoices against POs and receiving documentationMaintain accurate purchasing and inventory data within ERP systemsPartner with accounting and operations to align purchasing with budgets and inventory needsTroubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or invoicingSupport inventory tracking and controls to minimize disruptionsWhat We’re Looking For:Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (required)2–4+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory managementStrong understanding of vendor management and supply chain processesExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Background:Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing environmentsExposure to regulated industries and compliance-driven processesWhy Consider This Role:High visibility role working closely with executive leadershipStable and growing organizationStrong benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and more
