Florist - Customer Service Representative

Open Blooms, a family owned and operated florist, located in Chantilly, VA, is currently looking for a customer service agent. Our family has been in the floral business for four generations and we like to keep a very tight and friendly environment. We are a high volume flower shop that delivers to 200 zip codes across the DMV - 7 days a week. Responsibilities: Take inbound calls Respond to emails Process orders Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Take the extra mile to engage customers Schedule: Full time - 4 days during the 1 and 1 on the weekend Start time will range from 6:30am-7:30am 8 hour shift We do not require floral experience for this position as we will teach you the ropes! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
