This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.Opportunity DetailsPhysician will manage their own patient panel providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care to all age groupsOffice offers on-site labPractice currently has 4 physicians and 3 APPs34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week in the office.
