We are a team of the nation's best, regardless of where we live.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage individual programs by leading all crew members in a matrixed organization through their various job functions, including business development/proposal support, engineering, design, purchasing, assembly, test, SDRLs, customer TIMs, and more. Serve as the main point of contact and focal point of communication, timelines, tasks, and schedules.Maintain effective communication on all aspects of the program among the project team and the client to ensure all goals, tasks, and deliverables are understood clearly throughout the entire program.Maintain effective and positive communication with program customers to ensure a strong relationship and positive supplier rating. Anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.Provide timely, clear, and concise communication of program status, risks and opportunities, scope change information, and recovery plans to all stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor of Science in engineering, science, or program management discipline.5 years of combined experience working professionally in program management, project management, project engineering, or an equivalent technical role.2 years of experience in the aerospace industry.Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.This position can be remote or on‐site in St. George, Utah.GE Aerospace will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.This role requires access to U.S. export‐controlled information.
