You'll work closely with operators and technicians while learning the fundamentals of production and material flow. Entry-level friendly - no forklift experience required Paid, hands-on training Learn production processes from the ground up Clear opportunity to move into Machine Operator or Yarn Operator roles Stable work with a growing, global manufacturing company What You'll Do As a manufacturing support/machine helper, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly by supplying materials, supporting machines, and maintaining organization in the work area. Move and stage raw materials at weatherstripping machines Supply machines with needed materials to support continuous production Collect, sort, and transport rework material Use electric pallet jacks (training provided- no forklift use required) Maintain good housekeeping in raw material and production areas Follow all safety and quality standards Support operators and supervisors with additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities Basic communication and organization skills Manufacturing or material handling experience is helpful, but not required Willingness to learn and grow into more technical roles Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a louder production environment We're actively hiring for both 2nd and 3rd shift.
