As our first partnerships hire, you'll build an entire top-of-funnel engine from scratch - owning how LTV.ai shows up across the agency landscape, the tech ecosystem, and every industry event that matters.This is a true 0→1 role with founder-level autonomy and the opportunity to define how a category-defining company goes to market.Recent winsOnboarded some of the largest e-commerce brands in the industry (Fabletics, Sur La Table, J. Jill, One Kings Lane, Backcountry etc) - turning them into loud believers in our product and visionBrands seeing 15-20% lifts in email sales and up to 70% reduction in operational expensesBuilt a differentiated AI-native platform that agencies and brands are actively seeking out as the legacy ESP stack starts to show its ageWe'd like to work onBuilding an agency partner program from scratch - identifying the top retention, growth, and full-service agencies, landing them, and turning them into a durable referral and co-sell channelDeveloping tech partnerships across the e-commerce ecosystem (Shopify, Klaviyo ecosystem adjacencies, CDPs, loyalty platforms, reviews, SMS, etc.) that drive integrated pipelineOwning our presence at every major e-commerce and retention event - turning conferences, dinners, and field marketing into a repeatable pipeline engineDesigning the commercial structures (referral economics, co-marketing, tiering, enablement) that make LTV.ai the obvious partner of choiceRole ResponsibilitiesBuild LTV.ai's agency partnerships function from scratch - sourcing, pitching, closing, and activating agency partners as a core top-of-funnel channelOwn tech/platform partnerships end-to-end: identify the right ecosystem players, negotiate the relationship, and drive pipeline through integrations, co-marketing, and co-sell motionsRun our events and field marketing strategy for partnerships - selecting events, owning the pre/during/post playbook, and turning spend into measurable pipelinePartner with the founding team on messaging, positioning, and commercial terms for every partner segmentStand up the systems, playbooks, and reporting that let this function scale - attribution, partner enablement, QBRs, tiering, co-marketing calendarsWork hand-in-hand with sales and CS to ensure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline actually converts and retainsAct as the face of LTV.ai in the partner ecosystem - at events, on podcasts, in agency Slack communities, and everywhere retention marketers spend timeHire and grow the partnerships team behind you as the function scalesWhat we're looking for (ideally)6+ years in partnerships, BD, or GTM roles, with meaningful time building programs from 0→1 rather than inheriting an existing motionPrior experience in e-commerce SaaS, MarTech, or retention-adjacent platforms - you know the Klaviyo / Attentive / Postscript / Shopify orbit and the agencies that live in itA deep rolodex in the e-commerce agency world, or a clear track record of building one quicklyComfort working with brands and agencies operating at $50M-$500M+ GMV - you understand what their operators actually care aboutStrong commercial instincts - you can design referral economics, co-sell motions, and partner tiers that actually drive revenue, not just logosEvent and field marketing chops - you've planned, executed, and measured partner events, dinners, and conference presences that produced pipelineAI-first operator - you instinctively reach for AI to draft outreach, build partner lists, synthesize event leads, generate enablement content, and run the function with 10x the leverage of a traditional partnerships hireFounder-mentality: you build systems, not tickets.
