We are seeking a Staff Solutions Program Manager to support our client's team.Job Title: Staff Solutions Program Manager (MES Implementation)Location: Acton, MA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite required)Shift: Monday Friday, standard business hoursHourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $95.00 $115.00 per hour DOE, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employment Type: Contract (May 25, 2026 December 31, 2026, with strong potential to extend into 2027)Position Overview: We are seeking a senior-level Staff Solutions Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of a large-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Operations Technology initiative. This role will drive program delivery across cross-functional teams and external partners, including system integrators, to support a global implementation. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring strong program ownership, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proactive approach to driving progress and accountability.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end program management for MES and operations technology initiatives, ensuring delivery against key milestonesBuild and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and RAIDE logs across multiple workstreamsDrive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, IT, and external partnersPartner with Finance to align budgets, track POs, and manage program cash flowCoordinate and lead workshops with system integrators and internal stakeholdersMaintain program dashboards and communication tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams)Lead program governance, including core team and steering committee meetingsIdentify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as neededSupport Agile planning processes and ensure alignment with overall program timelinesEnsure compliance with quality standards, validation processes, and regulatory requirementsQualifications:10+ years of experience in program or project management within technical environmentsProven experience leading large-scale system implementations, ideally including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)Strong background working across Agile or SAFe environmentsDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersExperience with SDLC, infrastructure programs, and system integration effortsFamiliarity with computer systems validation and QMS complianceProficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, and related toolsExperience with Jira, Confluence, SAP, or similar enterprise systems is a plusExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree required
