Training, Development & Quality Manager

JOIN THE AAA WASHINGTON TRAINING TEAM!As a Training, Development & Quality Manager at AAA Washington, you will be responsible for the strategic management of the training and development efforts for the assigned business line. This role oversees the quality assurance of the department training programs, including new hire and on-going employee training.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA) in business or similar field or equivalent experience 4+ years’ training experience in the applicable industry 3+ years’ experience in management or supervisory role Experience utilizing industry technology and platforms preferredWhat You’ll DoResponsible for developing training initiatives and curriculum across the department. Collaborate with leadership to build new training programs. Oversee the needs analysis on an ongoing basis to determine training needs and establish objectives for the department, team, or individual and partner with key stakeholders to support initiatives.Oversee effectiveness of training and development programs by assessing learning application, follow-through, and performance improvement.Manage learning technologies, including collaboration platforms.Responsible for overall quality of training by the team, using data and metrics to determine ROI on training programs and training specialist performance.Develop and implement process improvements and efficiencies for training.
