Job Opportunity: RN - Surgical ICU Stepdown in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and surrounding areas.Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients in a fast-paced ICU stepdown unit.Participate in patient and family education to support recovery and understanding.Provide leadership by collaborating with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.Maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.Requirements include 2+ years of ICU stepdown experience, NH licensure, current BLS, reliable transportation, and strong clinical skills.
