In this role, you’ll help clients go beyond meeting regulatory requirements—you’ll support them in strengthening systems, improving performance, and building safer, more resilient operations.What Your Impact Is:Support large industrial and global clients in the technology and transportation sectorsContribute to projects that ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulationsHelp organizations transition toward more sustainable operations through practical, forward-thinking solutionsWhat You’ll Bring:RequiredBachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience2+ years of EHS experience, ideally in technology, data centers, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturingStrong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and organizational abilitiesAbility to multi-task, work independently, and travel locally up to 60% of the timeDriver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical areaLocal candidates onlyThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorshipPreferredCertifications such as ASP, EIT, CHMM, OSHA30, or similarFamiliarity with EHS compliance programs and management systemsKey Responsibilities:Assist with EHS compliance, sustainability, and due diligence transaction projectsPrepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programsConduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulationsSupport development of EHS compliance and management system programsProvide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as neededPerform Phase I environmental site assessments for property transfersConduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studiesCarry out inspections, incident investigations, safety observations, job safety analyses, and risk assessments based on OSHA requirementsManage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality deliverablesCollaborate with ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client serviceWho We Are: As the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, we partner with the world’s leading organizations, creating innovative solutions to sustainability challenges and unlocking commercial opportunities that meet the needs of today while preserving opportunity for future generations.At ERM we know that creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment is an essential part of making our company a great place to build a career.
