Job Title: HVAC Service SupervisorLocation: Fort Collins, CO 80521Job Type: Full-TimePay: $85,000–$115,000 per year + bonusesHVAC Service SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to lead and support our growing service team in Fort Collins. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily HVAC service operations, mentoring technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, and helping drive department performance and profitability.The ideal candidate has strong HVAC technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support HVAC service technicians in the fieldCoordinate daily schedules, dispatch priorities, and workload distributionProvide technical troubleshooting assistance and jobsite supportConduct technician training, coaching, and performance evaluationsEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standardsMonitor KPIs including productivity, callbacks, and customer satisfactionAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and technician developmentEnsure compliance with local codes, EPA standards, and company safety policiesHandle customer escalations and maintain strong client relationshipsWork closely with management to improve operational efficiency and profitabilityQualifications7+ years of HVAC service experience2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systemsEPA Certification requiredNATE Certification preferredValid driver's license with good driving recordExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is a plus
