The Information Validation Section (IVS) is seeking an employee who is data-centric, highly analytical and ready for growth and opportunity.Under the direction of the Analytical Team and Training and Procedures manager (Administrator I) in IVS, the Analyst III lead is involved with technically complex projects and assignments related to the ongoing operation of the Return Analysis (RA) business process to the EDR Case Management Application. This includes leading and assisting with the implementation of any new processes, technology, or systems. The incumbent will identify opportunities for section workflow and processing efficiency improvements and implement accordingly. In addition, the analyst will work with section, bureau, division, departmental staff, and vendors to help ensure the section’s systems, processes, and procedures are operating efficiently and effectively.
