Construction Project Manager

This is a real estate development company which focuses on construction and redevelopment projects throughout the Philadelphia region with an office located in Kennett Square, PA.The company offers a high-level base salary range based on experience level.This role has a hybrid work schedule.The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.You will work on a combination of both commercial and residential construction projects.Daily Responsibilities:Lead & oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate development projects.Work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Develop, manage and maintain detailed project plans/schedules, including milestones, risks, and resource allocation.Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Navigate zoning, variances, jurisdictional applications/submissions, parking requirements, and code compliance concerns necessary to advance a project through the development process.Qualifications:4+ years of experienceStrong organizational and project management skillsIndustry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
