Core Duties Manage and oversee packaging equipment to facilitate consistent production output. Conduct thorough quality checks on completed items to ensure they meet our standards before they are packed. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your workspace tidy and orderly. Work closely with colleagues to achieve our collective production targets and timelines. Execute basic equipment upkeep and resolve minor technical issues with packaging machinery. Record essential production metrics and notify management of any inconsistencies. Follow all established safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines to ensure operational excellence. Requirements Prior background in a manufacturing or packaging role is helpful, though not mandatory. High level of precision and the capacity to execute tasks according to specific directions. Capability to thrive in a high-speed setting while hitting required production quotas. Strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to working effectively within a group. Flexibility regarding your schedule, with a readiness to put in extra hours when the need arises. Candidates must be available to work a swing shift schedule as this is a requirement for the role.
