Lead Machine Learning / Data Science Engineer

Overview In this role, you will design and deploy scalable ML systems for enterprise clients, guiding cross-functional teams from problem framing to production. You’ll lead data-driven solutions that span recommender systems, NLP, and risk scoring, aligning technical delivery with client needs. You will grow CapTech’s ML/Data Science practice through client-facing work, mentorship, and business development. This is a hands-on leadership role at scale, focused on delivering measurable impact in diverse industries.
