Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist will manage daily HR operations and serve as the primary contact for employee HR matters. The role includes onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, payroll coordination, exit management, and employee engagement activities. The HR Generalist will work closely with Corporate HR, Payroll, Operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
25 years of HR operations or HR Generalist experience
Strong skills in Excel, communication, employee relations, and HR documentation.
