Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionManage family law matters from intake through resolutionHandle divorce, custody, placement, child support, maintenance, paternity, and restraining order mattersAdvise clients on legal strategy, risk, likely outcomes, and cost considerationsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and related family law filingsAppear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedingsNegotiate settlements and help clients resolve disputes efficiently where possibleAdvocate effectively in contested matters when litigation is necessaryMaintain strong communication with clients and provide a high-touch service experienceWork collaboratively with leadership and the broader team to support excellent client outcomesMeet a minimum billable expectation of 120 hours per month Qualifications3+ years of family law attorney experienceStrong experience handling divorce, custody, child support, and related domestic mattersAbility to manage cases with a high level of independenceStrong drafting, advocacy, and client communication skillsCourtroom and litigation experience preferredWisconsin bar admission strongly preferredMediation experience is a plusProfessional, empathetic, and client-service-oriented approach Why You Will Love Working HereThis is a strong opportunity for a family law attorney who wants substantive work, direct client impact, and the ability to grow inside a boutique environment.
