Sales Manager

Brightside Windows | Bend, OR Brightside Windows is growing fast and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our door-to-door residential window sales team in Everett. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands D2D sales and knows how to build, train, and manage a high-performing team. What You’ll Do Lead, motivate, and manage a team of D2D sales representatives Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales reps Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to improve performance Track results, hold accountability, and drive consistent production Work closely with ownership to scale sales operations What We’re Looking For Proven door-to-door (D2D) sales experience – REQUIRED Sales management or team leadership experience – REQUIRED Strong closer with residential or in-home sales experience Confident leader who can coach, motivate, and hold reps accountable Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle – REQUIRED Ability to work evenings and weekends Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Compensation & Opportunity Performance-based compensation (overrides/commission) Managers with a successful team can average $20,000–$30,000 per month Significant growth and earning potential with a growing local company If you’ve successfully led D2D teams before and are ready to take ownership of a sales operation, we want to hear from you.
