Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, we offer flexible hours to fit your schedule (ex. 7am-12pm, 12pm-5pm, 7am-5pm)If you're someone who takes pride in being friendly, helping customers, and working in a supportive, small-business environment, we'd love to have you on our team!Job Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and emails and direct them appropriatelyProvide excellent customer serviceResolving basic customer service inquiriesEnter and submit customer orders accurately using NetSuite (training provided)Follow established procedures and directionsAssist with general office tasks as neededQualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using email and basic computer programsAttention to detail - Orders must be entered accurately and efficientlyAble to follow written and verbal instructions consistentlyWilling to learn and follow internal systems and proceduresDependability and a positive attitudePrior customer service or receptionist experience is a plus, but not requiredCompany DescriptionBlackJack Tire Supplies is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of high-quality tire repair products.
