This role supervises drivers and transportation staff, coordinates schedules, ensures compliance with DOT and company policies, and supports continuous improvement of logistics processes.Qualifications:High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred.2-4 years of transportation, logistics, or warehouse experience; prior leadership experience is preferred.Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety standards.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing prioritiesSkills:Route planning & dispatch coordinationTeam leadership & coachingRegulatory compliance (DOT/OSHA)Problem-solving and decision-makingTime managementBakeMark is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
