Mission Operations Senior ManagerThe Opportunity:Assist in driving performance across the Indo-Pacific Air Force business, managing the contract portfolio, and driving focused growth campaigns across the lines of business. Design, implement, and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Engage strategically with senior government and industry leaders to influence program or project directions and develop and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Integrate mission, operational, analytical, and technical capabilities and apply innovation to design and manage the execution of program or project plans and controls to achieve end-state vision, goals, and objectives. Maintain accountability for the quality and efficiency of programs, including technical issues, delivery, and businesses processes. Communicate and coordinate regularly and proactively with senior government clients and company leadership on potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues.You Have:5+ years of experience in Air Force Operations, Logistics, Cyber, or Strategic Planning5+ years of experience developing and executing complex strategies and plans to achieve a desired outcome or vision3+ years of experience in a Staff Level division, Joint Headquarters, Major Command, or Air Component HeadquartersExperience leading $5M+ projects or portfolios to deliver on time and on budgetExperience organizing, leading, and mentoring highly productive teams that can align technical solutions with business needs to develop innovative solutions to complex client challengesExperience developing a pipeline of business opportunities and driving capturesExperience authoring client white papers or leading complex captures and competitive proposalsAbility to mentor, develop, and manage a team that can win new business, develop solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposalsSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience in the Indo-Pacific supporting DoW organizationsExperience leading large-scale transformation or modernization programs for the DoWExperience with working across a consulting matrix environmentAbility to demonstrate strong client relationships across U.S. Indo-Pacific AORAbility to work irregular hoursPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsTS/SCI clearanceMaster's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
