We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in Vail, CO. In this role, you will: - Provide highly technical care to patients undergoing various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. - Assist physicians with advanced technical equipment during all procedures. - Prepare the room and equipment for procedures, ensuring every detail is managed. - Instruct and monitor patients, delivering routine and emergency care as needed. - Function independently and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. - Respond to on-call responsibilities swiftly, ensuring timely and appropriate patient care. - Operate sophisticated procedural machines, including x-ray cameras and hemodynamic monitors, adhering to safety protocols. - Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance projects, enhancing best practices in the lab. - Uphold the principles of a Just Culture and embody our organizational values. Minimum Qualifications: - Experience: Significant experience in a Cath Lab setting (2 years preferred). - Licenses: Must possess either Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. - Certifications: - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (required) - Basic Life Support (BLS) (required) - Computer Skills: Proficiency in necessary computer skills to manage online learning and resources. - Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English effectively.
