You’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to improving the health and wellness of patients of all ages in a welcoming environment.What You’ll DoAs a Medical Assistant, you’ll be trained and supported as you take on important clinical and administrative responsibilities, including:Rooming patients and helping them feel comfortable before their visit Taking vital signs and gathering basic patient history Assisting with exams and procedures alongside providers Learning to administer immunizations and medications (with supervision and certification) Supporting basic lab work, phlebotomy, and diagnostic testing (with training and certification) Helping keep exam rooms organized, stocked, and clean Supporting scheduling, phone calls, and electronic health record documentation Working closely with your care team to ensure smooth patient flowWhat You BringGraduate of an accredited Medical Assistant programCurrent WA State Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) (Pending MA-C applications may be considered if certification will be active by hire date)Eagerness to learn and grow in a clinical settingStrong communication skills and a patient-first attitudeA Place to Grow Your CareerYour first Medical Assistant job should help you build confidence, not stress you out.
