Project Manager/Estimator Indianapolis, INFull Time Project Manager / Estimator to help lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is for someone who can balance relationships, budgets, schedules, and jobsite execution without losing momentum.You’ll work on a wide range of commercial projects across Central Indiana with a team that values hustle, communication, accountability, and doing quality work the right way.What You’ll Be DoingManaging commercial construction projects from kickoff to completionPreparing estimates, budgets, scopes, and proposalsCoordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project teamsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsLeading project communication and weekly progress updatesReviewing costs, buyouts, invoices, and job profitabilityWorking closely with field teams, architects, engineers, and ownershipHelping drive new business opportunities and repeat relationshipsWhat You Bring5+ years of commercial construction project management experienceEstimating and budgeting knowledgeStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to keep projects moving and clients informedOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindsetExperience managing schedules, subcontractors, and project costsTeam-player mentality with a strong work ethicAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
