Sr. Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions that directly support business and product goals. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with business owners and product managers to translate requirements into well-architected, high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in technical design, implementation, and deployment, while also providing guidance and mentorship to other engineers. Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript, React, and other JavaScript frameworks Architect and implement API-driven and service-oriented solutions Build and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions Ensure applications meet standards for performance, security, scalability, and reliability Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in software engineering Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers Essential Education, Skills and Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred, if not equal years of experience, trainings and certifications Strong expertise in C# and .NET (Core/.NET 6+) Solid experience with JavaScript, specifically React Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, etc.) Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, layered architecture, event-driven systems) Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tooling Experience with automated testing frameworks Background in Agile/Scrum development environments Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards The base pay range for this role is between $70,000 and $150,000 and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location, along with budgeted range of position.
